Return Policy

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned without a tag, with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. will be rejected. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and package protection are non-refundable. 

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Cost of re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 6-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.

Accessories (purses, hair accessories, scarves, hats, socks etc).

Full Price Shoes are returnable for online store credit only. Sale shoes are final sale.

How Do I Mail My Return?

Please package your items so that they will not be damaged in transit and include a copy of your packing slip/invoice. You can either use one of our prepaid return labels, or mail the package yourself using your preferred shipping method.
