How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size or options, add items to your cart, and checkout securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

 

Payments & Gift Cards:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.


Pre-Orders:

What is a pre-order item?

A pre-order item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available for purchase in advance. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your item before it officially arrives.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or shipping delays.

Will my entire order ship together if it includes a pre-order item?

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated. We recommend placing separate orders if you’d like in-stock items sooner.

Can I cancel or return a pre-order?

Pre-order items are typically final sale and cannot be canceled once placed. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Will I be notified when my pre-order ships?

Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your pre-order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Local Pickup:

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We’re happy to offer local pickup for select orders.

How do I choose local pickup at checkout?

Simply select Local Pickup as your delivery option during checkout. If the option appears, your order qualifies for pickup.

When will my pickup order be ready?

Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email or message once your order is ready for pickup.

Where is pickup located?

Pickup location details and instructions will be provided in your pickup confirmation message.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

Are pre-order items eligible for local pickup?

Yes—pre-order items can be picked up once they arrive and are ready. You’ll be notified as soon as your item is available.

 

Gifts & Packaging:

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Select gift wrapping at checkout for a beautifully packaged order.

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely—add your message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order.

How should I care for my items?

Care instructions are included on each product page and tag. When in doubt, wash cold and hang to dry.
